Ali Al Esry is an Omani Management, HR and mechanical Trainer, certified by MOM & ICAO. With huge experience in HR related field, Learning & development, talent management, Leadership development, and HR Strategy. He started his career in maintenance department in Oman Refineries and Petrochemicals Company, and then he moved to HRDT as mechanical trainer. Using his knowledge in technical field, he started working as HR Development Officer for all technical departments, which include Operations, maintenance and Engineering. He created all technical competencies and development plan for engineers and technician. Then he moved to aviation sector with Oman Airports Management Company in charge of massive recruitment for new airport. Currently he is in charge of Learning and Development department and active member in many project such as Competency dictionary and OAMC Strategy. Ali has a Bachelor degree in Computer Added Mechanical Engineering. He is an Associate Member of Charted Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and certified in Training Practices from UK. He attended many courses in Management and HR in the Middle East, Far East, Europe, US and Japan. Ali is specialized in Competency Based Training and Development and has delivered some sessions in different HR aspects and participated in many critical projects related to HR. He also, runs some technical training sessions for fresh technician in mechanical equipment’s such as pumps and compressors.
