Biography

Miss Muna Al-Ghanim is the Head of Airport Service Quality in Abu Dhabi Airports Company with over 20 years’ experience in which almost 10 are in the aviation industry.

She joined Abu Dhabi Airports Company in 2008 and is currently leading the Airport Service Quality Program. Muna is involved in numerous improvement projects and various process improvement initiatives.

Muna holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science-Computer Information Systems and a Higher Diploma in Business Administration Management.

In terms of her social responsibility role, she participates in many corporate social responsibility initiatives that support involvement in the community and works to bring in appropriate measures for involving people with Special Needs into the workforce by developing their skill and talents, guiding them to do the things that they like to do the most.

Prior to joining ADAC, Muna worked for Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO), an operator of the onshore and shallow coastal waters of the concession areas of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, as a Senior System Analyst/Business Analyst and conducted detailed requirements analyses, testing, training, and system manuals for specialized-in-house developed applications.
