On behalf of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol Rosanne Blijleven is working on the prevention of wildlife trafficking. This belongs to her profession as strategic advisor corporate sustainability for the department of asset management. Since 2012 Blijleven developed an expertise on habitat management in order to improve flight safety regarding the risk of wildlife incidents, whereof mainly birdstrikes. This relates to her background with agricultural roots and an international bachelor degree in wildlife management. Meanwhile she worked voluntary for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN). Due to both work and university experience she is also home in business economics and accountancy (financial sector). Blijleven is born in 1985, is living in Amsterdam near family, friends and work.
