Reina Komori works for Prolog Development Center Asia Pacific (PDC) as an application specialist, which is Asia-Pacific regional branch of PDC in Denmark. Her role is to support and communicate with customers in Asia for PDC SCORE, the most widely used airport slot coordination system.
Prior to joining PDC, Reina had worked for Narita International Airport for over 12 years, within where she transferred to Japan Schedule Coordination (JSC) providing slot coordination service for five airports in Japan, including three level 3 congested airports. Having studied Computer Science at a university in Tokyo, when Haneda Airport reopened to International routes, she was dedicated to the project implementing complex constraints into the system.
When she transferred back to Narita International Airport, she served as a manager of Aviation Sales and Marketing, and at the same time she joined ACI Expert Group on Slots and a joint task force among IATA, coordinators group, and ACI to review the current slot allocation guidelines to ensure all stakeholders benefit.
